Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and free of any wear or hair.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
